Mark provides personal training sessions and nutritional guidance to help you meet your fitness goals.  Mark provides personal training to individuals, couples and groups. You’ll learn what your body can do now and what it’s capable of when trained properly. Mark works with you to determine where you’ll start, the exercises your body responds to best and strategies to create a personal fitness routine that will continue to work for you in the long term.

Individual Personal Training
30 minute session / $35 per person
60 minute session / $45 per person

Couples Personal Training
30 minute session / $25 per person
60 minute session / $40 per person

Group Personal Training (3-4 individuals) 
30 minute session / $20 per person*
60 minute session / $25 per person*
*A 12 session package is required for group training sessions.
